Nano Chemical NC1
NC1 is a nanofluid designed to reduce viscosity, and increase the API grade of heavy crudes through a chemical reaction where hydrogen donation occurs at nano levels. NC1 is a nanomaterial that produces an increase in the Hydrogen / Carbon ratio.

Proposal and Value chain
It offers improvements in Heavy and Extra Heavy crudes through viscosity reduction, API Grade increase, as well as the mitigation of H2S Type Acid Gases, based on a dispersion of nanoparticles, carriers of highly reactive hydrogen, capable of reacting chemically with the hydrocarbon molecules contained in the crude at temperatures between 25 and 90 ° C.
At low concentrations, & 500 ppm, the particles diffuse through the organic matrix and transfer hydrogen while generating smaller fractions of hydrocarbons, improving the quality of organic fluids.
In production, improvements were obtained in the production parameters of the well, decrease in torque, head pressure and pressure at the pump inlet and therefore increases in the life of the artificial lift system.
At the end of the chain (Refining) distillation tests in the laboratory indicate that no corrosion problems or poisoning of the catalysts are generated.
Our proposal is based on working according to the characteristics of each reservoir, based on the characterization of heavy and extra heavy crude, design of NC1 product dosages, and accompaniment to our clients in the production and transportation stage.
